WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

While it is the general consensus that disliking our product is virtually impossible, we understand that sometimes things happen. So if someone has kidnapped you and is holding you at ransom, please click here to contact our customer service team to ensure you leave a happy customer - because that is what we all want! If something was damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was received, we will be happy to make things right. If you received extra product, keep it and let us know your thoughts on it. From time to time we may include extras that are new product ideas and we want to hear your opinion about it! To give us feedback on our product, please click here.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

There is a simple answer to that question: Yes we do! Please contact customer service by clicking here.  Let us know the specific amount you would like on the card for the obviously favorite people in your life that you want to treat and we will be happy to accommodate that amount. Common amounts are $50, $100, and $1000 (for people you like the most). If you would like to bestow a subscription onto one or multiple of your favorite people, we are happy to do that as well! We will work hard to get back to you in 24 hours or less - and thank you for your patience if it ever exceeds that timeframe.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Here at Beauty Babes Bubble Bath Boxes, we're not super picky! We accept virtually all forms of payment EXCLUDING board game currency (although we'd probably play a game with you if you asked). That means we accept all major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, Chase, American Express, etc. We can also except virtual method of payment including Venmo, PayPal, and other online platforms. Lastly, we might accept whatever else you might use to pay one for goods - included but not limited to: non-consumable goods such as trinkets, services, and other precious commodities you may have to offer.  Reach out to customer service today to inquire about your method of payment should you have any questions.
